A long life and a lived life are not the same measurement.
This framework asks a harder question than how many years passed: how much of the time was actually awake enough to enter you, alter you, and become part of the person who continued?

What raises the curve?
When you feel most alive, what is usually present?
Pick up to three.
What flattens it?
Where does your life hug the axis?
Pick up to three.
Peaks, or a higher everyday floor?
You can choose only one change for the next year.
The singularity
Is one old event still bending the rest of the curve around it?
You do not need to name it.
Where are you now?
Where are you on the curve right now?
Tomorrow
Which change would affect the largest part of an ordinary day?
What your answers drew
days that actually registered
where you are now

Integral of Life
The graph is not a score. It is only a way to see where time is becoming experience and where it is passing without much entering.
It is a reminder that one terrible point cannot own the whole area, and one spectacular peak cannot compensate forever for a life lived mostly absent. Most of the area is built by ordinary slices because there are so many more of them.
Look again after answering. The same curve now has a floor you can recognise, a rupture you can locate, and stretches where time either entered your life or mostly passed through it.
